About Us

P.D.B were established in 1990 as a sub-contract carpentry company by Paul Cowieson and Billy McIntosh.

In the past 25 years,  Paul and Billy have taken P.D.B to be one of the more established building contractors and property developers on the Island.

P.D.B consists of a contracts manager, 2 site foremen and 8 skilled operatives, with Paul and Billy managing both the construction and development side of the company.
